Launching in 2020, the patented DownUnder Board has exploded on Tour and is now used by over 100 Tour Professionals and growing daily, including PGA Tour Players in the top 10 of the Official World Golf Ranking and Major Champions. It changed Brendon Todd's game, helping him win back-to-back PGA Tour titles in 2020.

Our products are also used by the best teaching professionals in the game and amateurs all over the world. The key is this—it’s one thing to be told how to use the ground like the greatest golfers in history, but to do it, you have to feel it. Learning to use the ground like the best golfers in the world will improve every aspect of your swing—from the takeaway, to the downswing, impact, and finish.

It’s Simple—Squeeze the DownUnder Board, Rotate Better. Rotation is a key part of a repeatable swing and better ball striking. The DownUnder Board trains you to create resistance in the ground to rotate better and release into impact, creating more acceleration for stronger and more consistent shots. This is what Tour quality footwork is about.

The benefits are many. Training with the DownUnder Board will improve your stance and posture, keep you down and in the shot, keep you balanced, keep you from swaying side to side, and will improve your overall footwork and pivot to the finish of the swing. Training with “the DUB” will train you to hit the ball hard and pure with an efficient swing. Named the "best training aid of 2020" by trusted reviewer PluggedIn Golf, the DownUnder Board will change your game.

Using the DownUnder Board is simple.

Grip It (the DownUnder Board) and Rip It.

Full Swing - Use the ground to rotate better. When just beginning your training with the DownUnder Board, start with taking practice swings without the ball, first half swings, then 3/4 swings, then your standard full swing. This is also a great way to start any range session to loosen up and to begin activating the lower body for stability and power. Then hit balls with the Board. The Board will work with your swing naturally, especially when it is slightly wider than your normal stance. You will naturally apply pressure to the board — you don’t have to consciously do it. We want to train and ingrain a feel, not a conscious thought. In the backswing, you will get weight on the trail foot in part by pushing your lead foot into the front end of the board. Then, through the downswing to impact and finish, you will get your weight on your lead foot by pushing your trail foot into the back end of the board. This improves your footwork, keeps you from early extending or jumping up, and can help prevent an over-the-top swing plane. On the range, switch back and forth between hitting with the board and not. Having the Board between the feet and hitting balls adds more intensity into the legs and feet than would be available without its presence. Feedback of the golf muscles are now at full strength. The golfer learns just how intense and dominant ground forces can and should be. You’re using resistance that you are creating in the ground with the Board to relax the arms and shoulders and will use that resistance in the ground to rotate the upper body around, through, and beyond the strike zone. This will give you power but keep you down and in the shot. You’ll compress the ball with your irons. Training regularly with the DownUnder Board, you’ll achieve the purpose, which is to remove the Board but maintain the feeling that it is there, the “Ghost Board Effect.” Use for 10-25 reps regularly, either at home or at the course.

Chipping, pitching, and putting - Again, use the ground to rotate better. The emphasis is on stability in the lower body, which will allow you to relax and rotate your upper body. Again, this will happen naturally. Some degree of tension is inevitable and necessary in any golf shot, so to ensure a natural and fluid stroke put it in your feet and legs. You’ll be amazed at how you can train to quiet the lower body with the DownUnder Board during pitching, chipping, and putting.

Cheers mates!
